Her passion for fostering collaboration and driving positive change has created opportunities to help organizations and communities achieve their goals through effective facilitation and inclusive decision-making processes. Karie now is building her own business, KT Facilitation, where she is able to merge her passion with her experiences to inspire others to create engaging experiences that help groups listen, talk, and work together.
